Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are final.

• We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a file has been purchased and delivered.
• If you experience a technical issue (e.g., broken file, incorrect file), please contact us at imarashann@gmail.com within 7 days, and we will provide a working version.
• Refunds will only be considered if you were charged in error or received a duplicate order.
